Wearable Volume Controlled Air Pump

Primary mechanical designer for portable air pump.

Most portable air pumps similar to this use pressure to anticipate what the flow rates are.  In this device, we use an actual flow rate sensor.  Therefore, we can pump an exact volume of air.

My role:
Design the case (housing and rear) which are FDM 3d printed for these original      prototypes.  Also, case has anti-static coating for intrinsically safe requirements.

Assisted with the PCB layout to allow internal mounting hardware to fit.

Designed keypad and graphics.
